Refund policy
Thank you for supporting independent, original art.
Original Artworks
Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece and is carefully described and photographed. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within five days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- Return shipping must be arranged and covered by the buyer
- The work must be shipped fully insured and tracked
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
If the artwork is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging or lack of insurance, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Framed or Commissioned Works
Bespoke framed works and commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are produced in limited quantities. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the print is returned in original condition and packaging. Please contact info@carolinmstudio.com to request a return of your Fine Art Print.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@carolinmstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of:
- The artwork
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
